What are the prices of your cakes?	Pricing will be determined by your guest numbers for sizing, cake flavour preference and decoration details
How do I obtain a price?	Please contact us by email for a quote.
What information will you need for a quote?	When you email us, please advise your full name, wedding date and venue, your guest numbers, cake flavour preference and the cake number found at the left of each picture in our galleries.  If you have a design you would like a quote on from a difference source, please send through any pictures or design concepts you may have.
Can the cakes on your website be changed to more/less tiers and decoration/icing style? Am I able to combine design styles?	Yes, all of our designs can be adapted to suit your requirements
Am I able to have more than one type of cake flavour?	Any of the cake flavours available can be used for each tier, we will advise if the cake flavour or icing  is not suitable for the cake design and where each flavour is best placed.
How do you size the cakes according to my guest numbers?	All of the designs from the single tier designs right up to a four or five tier design will be sized according to your guest numbers. To keep the cake aesthetically in proportion, we may advise an addition or subtraction of a tier.  Portion sizes available are tea and coffee (2.5cm x 2.5cm x 9cm) and dessert (2.5cm x 4.5cm x 9cm)
Do you cater for various dietary requirements?	Yes, we have  gluten free versions of some of our cake flavours, our coconut, lime and macadamia cake is also dairy free
I am having a smaller wedding, am I still able to have multiple tiers for my amount of guest numbers?	Yes, our cake sizing ranges from 10cm  to  34cm enabling us to create smaller versions of  multiple tier designs.  Weddings with a minimum of 10-20 guests can still have a three tier cake design without wasting any of your wedding cake.
Do you deliver?	We deliver to all Whitsunday mainland and island venues, Bowen and Mackay
How much do you charge for delivery?	Delivery to the Whitsunday mainland and island venues is free of charge. Bowen, Mackay and Hydeaway Bay Deliveries will incur a fee of $50.00
When will I need to obtain a quote and/or confirm my booking?	Quotes can be obtained at any time, and we appreciate confirmation of your booking at least 12 weeks prior to your wedding.
Do you require a deposit, and when is payment due?	We do not require a deposit to confirm your booking, but appreciate payment no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
How do I pay?	Upon confirmation of your booking, we will email you payment details
I would like to meet you in person to discuss my wedding cake/make payment	We welcome the opportunity to meet you in person.  We are available Mon-Fri from 8.30am-5.00 pm at our address noted on our homepage
Do you have any cakes for me to view?	Plans are currently underway at our shop in Proserpine for display cakes. With our many wedding cakes being supplied weekly, currently we may have some work in progress for you to view.
Can I taste test my wedding cake?	Upon confirmation of your booking, we can discuss a taste testing of the flavour/s you have chosen for your wedding cake subject to availability
When will you need to be notified of any changes to my wedding cake	We appreciate notification of changes to your wedding cake at least 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding. If a re-quote is required, we appreciate notification  4 weeks prior.   Cancellation/postponement of your quote/booking is also appreciated 4 weeks prior to your wedding
I am having a friend/relative bake my wedding cake, are you able to ice/decorate this?	Yes, please email any pictures through, as well as the approximate sizing of the cake, and we will provide a quote.
Do you sell your iced decorations/figurines separately?	Please contact us to make this enquiry, as this will be subject to availability
